“Baphomet Glam” is a two-hour remix, combining 2 separate remixes that were to be broadcast on Fnoob-Underground-Radio in December 2014 and January 2015 as “Oblivion Quarantine Session” episodes 5 & 6. Because the Fnoob.com has recently reformatted their website and cancelled the “underground” section of their site, I did some major surgery and rearranged some portions into this slightly modified version.
Two brand new Zen Tyrants remix sets are now in the works, which will be soon be featured on Esotronika‘s “Oblivion Quarantine Sessions“, to debut on Fnoob-Underground-Radio as OQS episodes 004 & 005.
Episode 004 is scheduled to be played Nov. 11/12 at 20:00 EST (01:00 in the UK); Episode 005 will be played Dec. 9/10. Note that the scheduled airplay times will vary according to your time zone!
The new remixes reflect Zen Tyrants’ evolving “zechno concrète” style, incorporating elements of neo-Futurism, neo-Dada, underground techno, stochastic electroacoustic and computer music with traditional musique concrète, termed in ZT parlance as “Zen Voices“. In short, this is techno music you’ll never hear played in a club. Drawn from dj andyredrum‘s fortnightly “Directive 14” series on Fnoob-Techno-Radio, Esotronika reinterprets andyredrum’s storytelling, resulting in an unearthly imaginary soundscape evoking the apocalyptic earthly manifestation of the dark lord Cthulhu. This is Viking Proggy Tech at its finest!
After about a year recovering my health due to a work injury that resulted in some serious complications, I’m excited to be able to say that there are a few new completed ZT projects. By the end of the week I’ll be able to say more about them!

Although I haven’t yet heard the mix, it’s quite possible that perhaps DJ Hell ought to get some credit for some of this (depending etc.). So it is written on the pylons; so shall it be done.
